We’re looking for special individuals who can cultivate children’s love for the game, make chess fun, and strengthen our students' life skills. Chess Wizards Essentials: Some chess ability! Champion level is not required, just a great attitude! USCF rating is a plus! Teaching/tutoring/camp counselor experience is a plus! Tech-Savvy: Must have a reliable home office setup (high-speed internet, computer, email) Reliable Transportation: Ability to travel within the Detroit Metro and Suburban Areas, MI (up to a 30-mile radius). Availability: Morning through evening coverage required (Monday–Friday) to support instructors. Compliance: Must meet all state requirements for educational workers before the start date.
