The Data Analytics Developer designs, develops, and maintains systems for analyzing data, identifying trends, and creating data-driven solutions. They are responsible for developing algorithms and models to automate data analysis tasks, as well as designing and implementing data pipelines for data integration and reporting. This position is located in USA VA Arlington, a hybrid working model is acceptable. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and patterns. Develop and test data models to support data analysis. • Design, develop, and maintain data analysis systems and pipelines. • Ensure data quality, implement ETL processes, and manage data collection. • Work with stakeholders to define data requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement data-driven solutions. • Create reports and visualizations to communicate insights and inform decision-making. The Senior Business Process Analyst will support process, technology, and people transformation change management initiatives for a variety of groups within the client’s organization. This includes working with clients to assess their current business processes, identify gaps and opportunities for optimization, develop recommendations for future state design, and produce documentation to support implementation. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles, methodologies, and tools (DMAIC, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis). This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office with work performed at the client site in Arlington, VA or Washington, DC. Your future duties and responsibilities • Lead discussions with cross-functional teams to define, develop, document, and implement process improvement initiatives that enhance the client’s operational efficiency and effectiveness. • Apply Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies to evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization. • Facilitate workshops to collect and evaluate business requirements and customer pain points. • Assist in the creation of low-fidelity prototypes or mock-ups to test proposed solutions and gather stakeholder feedback. • Support change management activities, including the development and implementation of change management strategies to ensure the new processes are effectively integrated into client organizations. • Assist in developing and monitoring KPIs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the new process and adjust as necessary. • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management. • Maintain accurate documentation of process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project documentation. Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in the federal government. • Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile, Prosci, or other relevant certifications. • Currently hold or able to acquire a Secret level security clearance. • Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma principals, methodologies, and tools (ex: DMAIC, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis). • Demonstrated success engaging with customers and demonstrating knowledge and expertise. • Ability to manage and delegate tasks across a cross-functional team, tracking progress, and providing overall quality assurance. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems. • Proficient in process modeling methods and tools (ex: Visio, BPMN). • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
