Website: www.centerstreetlending.com Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Loan Analyst II to join our dynamic mortgage team. This entry-level role supports the processing team by assisting in the preparation, organization, and review of loan files to ensure smooth and timely closings. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and eager to grow within the mortgage industry. Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist in collecting and verifying borrower documentation • Review and validate loan files against company guidelines and submission requirements • Organize and upload documents into the loan origination system (LOS) • Order third-party services such as appraisals, title work, and insurance as directed by the Processor • Track and follow up on outstanding conditions required for underwriting • Communicate with borrowers, loan originators, and third-party vendors to obtain necessary documentation • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and investor guidelines • Support both the Loan Originator and Processor in preparing files for underwriting and closing • Monitor pipeline status and update internal systems accordingly Qualifications: • 2-3 yrs. experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, and Related Support Areas • 1-2 yrs. in Real Estate Sales/Finance or another related field. • Team Player/Growth Mindset • Ability to work effectively as a team and provide exceptional communication and customer service • Advanced analytical skills to identify Sales/Operational trends activities • Knowledge and Experience with MS Office Applications • Excellent Time Management Skills with the ability to adjust in a high-paced environment • Strong problem-solving and judgment skills for working with highly complex data • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external purposes • Preferred experience with Encompass and Salesforce Growth Opportunities: • Training and mentorship from experienced processors and loan originators • Clear path to promotion into full Processor role • Licensing and continuing education support available Education: • BA/BS Degree preferred/Or relevant experience Compensation • $29 per hour + $50 per file funded bonus Benefits: • Paid time off/401k plan/Company Events • Health insurance/Dental Insurance/Vision
