Job Description As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights, identifying trends, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to use your strong analytical instincts and curiosity for problem-solving to help drive business decisions and process improvements. Position Responsibilities: · Review and interpret large, complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. · Ensure accuracy and integrity of data by applying validation methods and leveraging various analytical tools. · Design and develop new reports based on evolving business needs, ensuring stakeholders have access to timely and relevant information. · Build interactive dashboards that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and consolidate multiple data sources for improved decision-making. · Design and implement automated processes that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance overall operational efficiency. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and implement process enhancements that reduce manual work and improve scalability. Required Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree required. · 1+ years’ experience in analytics · Proficiency in SQL required. · Proficiency in Python required. · Strong Excel experience preferred. · Experience developing Dashboards using PowerBI or other visualization software required. · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. · Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
