This is a field-based role that involves territory planning, daily travel, and face-to-face meetings with customers and prospects. Responsible for top line revenue growth, increasing market share and managing expenses in an assigned territory. Delivering revenue growth and driving sales into the Collision Repair and Independent Appraiser markets is the key focus of this position. Primary objectives of a Regional Business Manager (RBM) are to achieve maximum profitability and increase market penetration by selling the company’s products and related services within assigned territory. Responsibilities include delivering consistent communication, providing direction, and supporting the sales team within the assigned geographic territory to ensure they meet their sales, product knowledge, customer service and client satisfaction objectives as well as assisting with customer retention efforts to achieve overall revenue growth initiatives. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Demonstrated competency in related technical field or equivalent in industry experience. • Minimum of 3 years of direct selling experience. • Must live in or be willing to relocate to Michigan.
