The Utility worker is tasked with: • Must speak English • Properly wash, rinse and sanitize all event dishes • Properly clean all kitchen prep dishes as needed • Putting away all clean dishes and equipment to their proper place • Ensuring all china, flatware and glassware are properly polished and stored • Pulling, counting and organizing china, flatware and glassware for events • Launder in house tablecloths and napkins • Clean and maintains office & warehouse bathrooms daily : removes trash, sweeps and cleans floor, cleans toilets, sinks & mirrors • Removes all daily trash in offices, tasting room, coffee bar and deck area • Removes daily trash on property • Cleans deck area and waters plants, as needed • Maintains water softener and fills as needed • Cleans Ice machine monthly • Ensure that the warehouse is kept clean and organized • Completes specialty projects deemed necessary by Director of Operations • Ensuring workplace safety, OSHA & food safety compliance • Promoting an inclusive and equitable Company culture where all staff feel welcome, respected, and valued. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting innovative cocktails and providing exceptional beverage service at various events throughout the Tampa Bay Area. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding culinary experiences with meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities • Create and serve a diverse range of cocktails and beverages tailored to client preferences. • Ensure all drinks are prepared with precision and presented beautifully. • Manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs. • Collaborate with event staff to ensure seamless service during events. • Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food and beverage handling. • Assist in training staff on beverage preparation techniques and service standards. • Stay updated on industry trends to introduce new drink offerings. Qualifications • Proven experience as a mixologist or bartender in a high-volume setting. • Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, ingredients, and presentation techniques. • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. • Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during events. • Basic math skills for managing drink orders and inventory accurately. • Experience in food handling practices is essential. • Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
