The focus across the broader program includes participating in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) sessions to analyze the current Business Process in existing SAP ECC systems and how they need to be designed when transitioning into a consolidated SAP S/4 environment. Responsibilities: • Responsible for analyzing the existing SAP Production Planning (PP) related Business Processes and Configurations in SAP ECC. • Support BPR workshops to architect how the PP Business Processes should be re-engineered to be implemented in a consolidated SAP S/4 environment. • Research the best practices recommended for implementing the processes in SAP S/4. • Configuring the end-to-end SAP PP related capabilities in SAP S/4 IMG based on agreed upon requirements • Demonstrate the configuration in SAP S/4 IMG to the BRP team members with recommendations on how the processes should work in the future to-be environment. • Document the configuration activities. Requirements: • Minimum of 2 full lifecycle SAP ECC6.0 implementations serving as lead configurator for PP module • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on SAP PP experience with an advanced understanding of the roles and tasks involved • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing for Production Engineering and Operations • Experience with configuring SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) and SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) • Hands-on experience in configuring business processes in SAP ECC and SAP S/4 Implementation Guide (IMG) • Expertise in analyzing, configuring, testing, and implementing business solutions utilizing SAP technologies • Experience in planning and leading requirements analysis workshops with stakeholders and functional POC's preferably in the Federal government sector • Experience with complex problem-solving strategies. Able to determine the source of a problem and find effective solution(s) through an in-depth evaluation of varying factors. Develop, test, and optimize OBIEE reports while collaborating with stakeholders and resolving reporting issues. | 10+ years OBIEE development, strong SQL and PL/SQL skills, master's degree preferred, Agile experience, and ability to obtain public trust clearance. | cBEYONData is seeking an OBIEE Developer to help create insightful OBIEE reports and serve as a key member on the Reports team and interact with other Integrated Process Teams in support of the development of the client's accounting management system. The OBIEE Developer will provide reporting related business development assistance, helping project teams through approved phases of the project governance, requirements definition, reports development, testing, problem solving and training. The OBIEE Developer will demonstrate functional experience in Reporting Applications to include Oracle Business Intelligence and writing Structured Query Language (SQL). Responsibilities: • Provide analysis and problem resolution for fixes to reporting issues escalated from the help desk team • Review help desk tickets to determine if they require a design change • Work with business stakeholders to research and refine requirement; Develop and modify OBIEE Reports based on defined requirements • Work with business stakeholders, product owners, and developers to ensure testing scenarios executed successfully • Develop requirements and Perform testing for reports • Perform ad-hoc query research and analysis • Research and optimize SQL used for Reports • Review functional and technical design documents • Participate in process improvement workshops • Identify processes, document gaps, and provide solutions to bridge gaps and enhance processes Requirements: • Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) • 10+ years experience in a similar role • Master's degree strongly preferred • Thorough understanding and experience with SQL language with Oracle database • 3+ years of PL/SQL programming experience • Ability to perform query optimization and performance tuning • Ability to analyze user reported errors to determine if the error is operational or systemic • Strong interpersonal skills – including the use of written, electronic, and oral communication • Analytical and problem solving skills • Ability to work in an agile team-oriented, collaborative environment • Ability to obtain a public trust clearance Additional Requirements: • Knowledge of Agile software development practices, including Scrum-based methodologies like SAFe • Oracle Discoverer experience • Experience with DoD clients • Knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Projects, Purchasing, and Fixed Assets • Knowledge and experience in Air Force Financial Management and Oracle E-Business Suite is a plus cBEYONData is an EEO Employer of Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities.
