Job Details The Maintenance Mechanic II Performs a wide variety of functions related to plumbing, heating, medical gases operation, maintenance and repair of hospital moveable equipment, and other building maintenance as required. Requirements: High school diploma , equivalent or relative experience Successful graduation from an accredited trade school with courses in: mechanics, electricity, general maintenance, HVAC preferred. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the building trades Must be able to work independently Valid, clean NYS driver's license Salary Range Starting from USD $36.00/Hr. Job Details We are looking for a strong candidate to join our Rehabilitation Admissions team as Rehabilitation Financial Coordinator. In this role, you will be a liaison with other team members, referring facilities, patients, and insurance carriers to facilitate authorization, relay coverage verification, approvals and denials. Responsibilities • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits, • Complete insurance authorizations in order to facilitate timely admission of patients into our inpatient rehabilitation program. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent education required. • Versed in the prior authorization process and working with a variety of carriers including many Commercial Plans, Medicare HMO, Medicaid HMO, Workers Compensation and No-Fault. • Excellent phone communication skills, • Detail oriented, organized, and willing to spend time on the phone or provider websites daily. • 2 years + of healthcare insurance verification experience. • Proficient with Microsoft office including Word, Outlook, Excel, as well as Internet navigation. Salary Range USD $32.00 - USD $36.00 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
