We are a production’s best ally every step of the way. #OneCastOneCrew The Senior Systems Analyst is responsible for the final review of all invoices before payroll, which includes identifying and communicating corrections and adjustments, educating Account Managers and management on error and billing trends, and monitoring of HTG and residual calculator outputs. This position provides procedural efficiency recommendations, system enhancements to minimize errors, and responsibility for requesting and testing new calculative development. Training or mentoring of junior quality control personnel also will be expected. The ideal candidate is experience in various wage, taxation, programming, and Union and Labor regulations, specifically relating to the SAG Commercials and Audio Commercials agreement. Responsibilities Enhance procedural efficiency and by auditing talent session and residual payroll output and identifying system enhancements Educate Account Managers, management, and staff regarding corrections, adjustments, tracking errors and billing trends. Perform integrity checks of the system for all matters pertaining to talent payroll. Request and validate system enhancements, automations, and workflows Track, record and analyze performance data and metrics, providing regular updates and insights to management Communicate concerns/enhancements and suggestions to senior management to create efficiencies within the verification and billing process. Partner with management with development and enhancement of systems, especially as it pertains to the verification systems. Assist management with standards of excellence as pertaining to billing practices and knowledge base. Train and mentor junior staff members. Other projects and duties as assigned Key Qualifications Extensive background with SAG Commercials contract provisions Strong understanding of government (federal and multi-state) requirements for payroll processing, as well as applicable union labor agreements. Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and precisely with all levels of management and staff. General technological skills: ability and willingness to learn new and/or proprietary technology and applications as required, and to troubleshoot independently when required. Organizational skills: ability to establish priorities, multi-task, and proceed with objectives autonomously or within a team environment Special Work Conditions Sedentary – Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
