This role is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and helping implement cost-reduction strategies related to both labor expenses (overtime, agency utilization) and non-labor costs (supplies, vendor contracts, utilities). This is a high-impact, data-driven role with significant interaction at the facility level. The ideal candidate will go beyond data analysis—working directly with facility leadership to explain trends, implement solutions, and support long-term financial sustainability while maintaining quality of care.
