Manage diverse projects from proposal to delivery coordinating internal teams and subcontractors to meet deadlines and budgets. | Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in program management and proficiency in MS Office, Smartsheet, and SAP Accounting. | Tremco CPG, Inc. is currently looking for a Grainger Program Manager. This is a remote position. Responsibilities: 1. This position is responsible for managing all types of projects (including general contracting, patch and repair projects, building diagnostic projects and performance warranties (job-site inspection), etc.). 2. Administer and oversee large scale national inspection programs from start to finish (proposal development to final deliverable). 3. Administer and oversee complex and high-volume leak response programs in multiple regions. 4. Develop proposals and ensure all contracting requirements are included (MSA discounts, GPO’s, Discounted Co Op line items, etc.). 5. Work with internal teams assigned to projects to ensure on-time delivery and within budget. 6. Maintain communication and contract documents between all sub-contractors and responsibility of the project files. 7. Maintain communication with WTI and/or subcontractor before, during and after project to ensure scheduling is properly communicated to the customer and scope of work is executed on-time. 8. Plans, develops, implements, and coordinates existing and/or new programs. 9. Establishes and implements short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates operational effectiveness and effects changes required for improvement. 10. Directs, manages, and oversees the daily administrative components of program(s)/project(s). Including but not limited to analyzing overall program results on a quarterly basis. 11. Designs, establishes, and maintains staffing and an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the program/project function; trains, supervises, and evaluates program/project staff. 12. Deep understanding of the sales reps, construction management and superintendent roles and responsibilities, including but not limited to a deep understanding of our general contracting business and processes. 13. May engage in contract negotiations and/or perform research. 14. Plan, develop, facilitate ongoing meetings with the customers to discuss program progress, etc. These meetings should be scheduled as needed, but no less than quarterly. 15. Plan, develop, facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders to discuss program requirements, expectations and roles and responsibilities of each person and/or group. 16. Report overall program success, new offerings, etc. on a monthly basis to manager and program management team. 17. Responsibilities will also include Sales & Service Support, Field Resource & Customer Service communication as necessary. 18. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Experience Desired: * 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience. * Working knowledge of SAP Accounting desired. * Advanced Excel and/or Smartsheet skills are desired. * 5 or more years of experience in program management or a similar role. * Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization. Pay Range: $66,000 - $83,000 annually. Final compensation is dependent upon individual's knowledge, skills, experience, internal equity and market data alignment.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Customer Service Specialist provides customer service to North American external customers and internal customers as it relates to processing product orders. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Respond to customer calls, emails, and faxed requests. * Handle and maintain all customer-specific processes and/or systems as it relates to the New Business Development customer base. * Understand and manage the price change process including notifications to internal and external parties. * Serve as main point of contact for service and product complaint resolution. * Coordinate new product setup or changes with Product Management and Operations and communications with customers. * Handle large volumes of calls, emails, and faxes. Respond to all aspects of customers’ and representatives’ inquiries or requests (orders, product information, stock status, pricing, shipping information, samples, etc.) * Accurately key orders into the system. * Check stock availability to confirm orders. * Ensure all orders are shipped and invoiced promptly and accurately. * Keep customer advised of anticipated ship dates and any delays regarding orders. * Be proactive in communicating changes to orders. * Obtain and continuously enhance a broad knowledge of product line, prices, delivery time and similar data as required relating to the business units being serviced. * Follow ISO required procedures as related to the customer service function. * Troubleshoot issues regarding pricing, tracing, and tracking orders, delivery times, product information and stock availability. * Suggest potential alternatives/solutions to customer concerns. * Supply MSDS upon request and as required. * Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, managers and personnel in internal departments whose functions directly or indirectly affect the service level to our customers (to aid in providing exceptional customer service). EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: * Two to four years related customer service experience and/or training. * Experience with key accounts or private label is highly preferred. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Indicate if required or preferred. * Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally both in verbal and written form. * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required. * Understanding of Lean Management Principles is an asset. * Demonstrates office etiquette including; communication, decision making, and problem solving. * Participate in role rotations in resolutions, pricing, international, RW, OEM, EPR, Core to gain knowledge on internal department positions. OTHER QUALIFICATIONS * SAP Preferred * Possess a strong understanding of SAP including running sales reports, extending codes, material master, customer master, listings/exclusions, etc. * Supply MSDS upon request and as required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs. BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION: The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $49,879 and $62,348. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
