Lead technical project aspects, design architecture, and mentor team members in CPQ solutions. | Requires 5+ years of SAP CPQ experience, programming knowledge in Java/Groovy, and experience with enterprise software implementations. | SAP CPQ Solution Architect Remote: United States Canidium is a leader in CPQ (Configure/Price/Quote) Pricing, Sales Performance Management and Incentive Compensation Management. Canidium Solution Architects are responsible for leading the technical aspects of projects, supporting multiple customers and supporting technical cultivation of team members. Responsibilities Include: • Lead all technical aspects of projects and support multiple customers • Responsible for overarching design decisions, directions, architecture, and workflow • Assist with gathering, communicating and formalizing customer requirements in the form of user stories • Manage Canidium and project team colleagues; collaborate with client and vendor stakeholders and SMEs to ensure project quality • Mentor junior colleagues - transfer critical and unique knowledge and approach • Analyze and define the requirements for the integration of data from/to customer's other IT systems • Lead regression testing and quality assurance efforts of newly delivered and changed functionality • And all other duties requested Qualities of the Ideal Candidate: • Excellent leadership capabilities • Problem solving & analysis • Strong written and verbal communication • Time management • Presentation & public speaking skills • Dedication to best practice in all phases of a project lifecycle including discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment • Experience with Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall project implementation methodology • Understanding of AI utilization in all aspects project implementation. Skills & Experience Needed: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP CPQ • Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles involving Java or Groovy • Knowledge of the programming language Java, experience with Web Services, HMTL, and JavaScript, experience with enterprise software implementation projects • Experience with pricing domain projects and with relational databases • Experience serving in a large, global, complex company and/or working with large, global, complex clients • Ability to communicate with customers in-person, on conference calls and through email • Skill with writing concise, effective communication to various audiences • Experience with Agile project management and tools (we use Jira) Compensation and benefits: The salary range for this position varies by location; it ranges from $110,000 - $145,000 USD for those located in the US. This job is eligible to participate in our bonus program. We offer comprehensive benefits packages including PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, STD, LTD, and 401(K) to eligible employees.
