Lead and oversee large-scale platform implementations for financial institutions, ensuring delivery quality, governance, and stakeholder alignment. | 8+ years in complex technology implementations or enterprise programs, with 3+ years managing project teams, and experience with core banking migrations or SaaS platform implementations. | Job Description: • Own execution quality and delivery outcomes across a portfolio of large-scale conversions, platform implementations for large financial institutions. • Establish and enforce consistent delivery standards, methodologies, risk controls, and reporting across all programs. • Lead program-level governance including milestones, dependencies, issue management, and executive escalation. • Ensure implementation plans are realistic, sequenced correctly, and aligned to client readiness and product capabilities. • Set clear performance expectations tied to delivery outcomes, accountability, and client experience. • Conduct regular reviews of project health, PM performance, and development needs. • Translate complex delivery challenges into clear, actionable options for client and internal leadership.
