What You’ll Do: • Manage and support insulation, rodent proofing, and attic cleanup projects • Oversee crew performance and ensure high-quality standards Job Requirements & Physical Demands • Comfortable working in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces, including areas with low clearance and limited floor space. • Able to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and perform in warm or hot conditions for extended periods. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Previous experience in insulation, HVAC, or construction is preferred but not required. This is a physically active role that requires efficiency, safety awareness, and adaptability when working in challenging environments.
