Manage product launches, oversee product lifecycle, develop processes, and mentor team members. | Requires 2+ years in medical device product management or 5+ years sales with OR experience, strong communication, and strategic skills. | Position Title and Location Caldera Medical’s Mission - To Improve the Quality of Life for Women! Duties and Responsibilities: • Product Launch Execution: • Establish and manage baseline timelines, milestones, and key deliverables for all active and upcoming product launches. • Define and implement the minimum requirements and processes necessary for launch readiness, ensuring cross-functional alignment. • Monitor launch progress and proactively address risks, gaps, and dependencies to keep projects on track. • Strategic Oversight & Lifecycle Management: • Provide expert insight on long-term product lifecycle planning, including product evolution, portfolio expansion, enhancements, and end-of-life strategies. • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., R&D, Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, Operations) to ensure products remain competitive and clinically relevant over time. • Analyze product performance post-launch and support the development of strategies to sustain growth and market relevance. • Process & Infrastructure Development: • Build and refine frameworks, tools, and best practices to improve product management efficiency and consistency. • Support the standardization of documentation, workflows, and communication processes across the team. • Contribute to the overall structure and scalability of the Product Management function as the team expands. • Mentorship and Team Development: • Serve as a mentor and coach to the Associate Product Manager and future product team members. • Guide the team in developing core product management competencies, including market research, roadmap development, and stakeholder alignment. Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and accountability within the Product Management team. • Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, life sciences, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred) • 2+ full years of medical device product management OR 5+ years sales experience with at least 2 years O.R. based • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations • Strong strategic thinking and roadmap planning capabilities • Ability to define and implement repeatable processes and frameworks within a product function • High degree of ownership, accountability, and follow-through Competitive Compensation, Comprehensive Benefits, and more! • $140-190k Annual Salary • Medical and Dental Benefits • Vision Coverage • 401(k) with 4% matching contributions after 90 days of employment • Basic Life and AD&D • Unlimited Vacation Policy • 6 Weeks Paid Maternity Leave • 10 paid holidays • Being surrounded by amazing people!
