Position Summary: The Senior SAP Integration Developer owns the technical design, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support of complex SAP integration solutions and key integration components, operating with minimal oversight. Recognized as a strong subject-matter contributor, this role applies deep expertise in SAP PI/PO and modern API frameworks to solve integration problems involving multiple variables. The position leads integration workstreams, mentors other developers, and partners with technical and functional teams to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade integration solutions. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Owns the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of complex SAP integration solutions using SAP PI/PO and modern API frameworks. Owns key integration workstreams and technical components from design through post-release support. Solves complex integration problems involving multiple systems, stakeholders, and variables. Leads feasibility assessments for integration requirements and enterprise integration planning activities. Directs large system and subsystem planning activities related to integration architecture. Ensures adherence to project schedules and integration standards across workstreams. Establishes and maintains technical integration documentation and standards. Leads knowledge transfer on best practices and modern, standard API-based integration techniques. Owns post-release integration issue resolution and drives continuous improvement efforts. Formally mentors and coaches SAP Integration Developers I-III on integration standards, tools, and best practices. Serves as a subject-matter contributor on integration architecture reviews and technical decisions. Collaborates with technical and functional teams to deliver scalable integration solutions. Travels on occasion to client sites for on site support (10-15%). Adheres to all certified processes as part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and information security, which includes actively participating in quality assurance activities and ensuring the protection of sensitive information in accordance with our security policies. Performs other related tasks as assigned by direct supervisor. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or another technical field with 5-7 years of SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration, and/or relevant system integration development experience; or no degree with 7-10 years of experience. Relevant SAP/integration certification required at this level. Demonstrated experience owning complex integration workstreams and mentoring junior developers. Experience with enterprise application development and system integration, including design, development, testing, and deployment. Experience incorporating SAP PI/PO capabilities with modern API frameworks to support system-to-system communication and data exchange. Must be able to obtain and maintain an active government clearance (requires U.S. citizenship). Nice to Have: Master’s degree or advanced certification a plus. Experience working with the Department of Defense or another federal agency. Experience leading integration architecture reviews or technical design decisions. Compensation: In accordance with pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is $140,000 – $160,000 annually. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Position Summary: The Systems Administrator (Windows / Unix-RHEL) is responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, maintenance, and support of Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments supporting the Navy ERP+ program. This role ensures the stability, security, performance, and availability of enterprise infrastructure supporting mission-critical SAP and non-SAP applications. The Systems Administrator provides operational support for development, test, training, and production environments, performs system monitoring and maintenance activities, and supports modernization initiatives. This position works closely with Basis, Database, Security, Integration, Development, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to ensure reliable operation of Navy ERP+ systems and services. Due to the nature of the Navy ERP+ environment, this position requires adherence to DoD cybersecurity requirements, configuration management controls, and government compliance standards. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Server Administration and Operations Install, configure, administer, and maintain Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) operating systems. Manage physical, virtual, and cloud-hosted server environments supporting Navy ERP+ applications and services. Perform routine system administration activities including patching, upgrades, account management, and system maintenance. Monitor server health, availability, capacity, and performance to ensure operational stability. Troubleshoot and resolve operating system, hardware, storage, and infrastructure issues. Infrastructure Support Support enterprise application environments including SAP, web servers, middleware, file transfer services, and supporting technologies. Configure and maintain server resources, storage allocations, file systems, and operating system services. Coordinate infrastructure activities with network, cloud, database, and application support teams.
