Support clients through research, scheduling, and maintaining confidentiality, utilizing AI tools. | At least 2 years of support or research experience, college degree, proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools, strong communication and organizational skills, high confidentiality. | A prominent firm is looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist 5-7 high caliber clients. The role will be hybrid: 4 days in person, 1 day remote with more opportunity for remote work after the first six months. The office space is in the process and will most likely be near Hollywood Hills, West Hollywood or Culver City. The role requires a high level of confidentiality. Adeptness using AI tools required. The research will be in both in treatment and preventative medicine and related areas. About the Job: ¨ Support 5-7 select clients and develop positive relationships ¨ Use AI tools and models effectively ¨ Schedule medical and wellness appointments ¨ Collect and update medical and personal information ¨ Research the appropriate vitamins and supplements for clients' concerns ¨ Research alternative therapies and modalities ¨ Research nutritionists ¨ Research medical specialists ¨ Make informed recommendations to clients ¨ Research home best home tools and vendors for a healthy home About You: ¨ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a support position or research position ¨ BA/BS from a college or university ¨ Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) ¨ Adept with multiple AI tools ¨ Outstanding communication skills ¨ Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality ¨ Exceptionally organized, discreet, and detail-oriented ¨ High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset Salary, Benefits, Paid Vacation
