More about the role: We are looking for an Account Director (Project Manager) to join Burson and WPP’s North America team for a leading F100 Automotive client. This highly visible position offers the opportunity to work with a matrixed cross-functional team on multiple project workstreams. This role will be responsible for helping clients achieve successful deliverables around an exciting and innovative line of new automobiles. The ideal candidate will be highly organized public relations professional with both solid project management skills and media relations experience in the automotive and technology sectors capable of managing ongoing projects across various workstreams. What you'll do: This role will be supporting the Communications Lead for our automotive F100 client in North America in all aspects of the business. This could include but not be limited to: Strategic project and campaign leadership Managing progress on projects to ensure that deliverables are met Coordination of asset and content creation Work with Marketing team to determine if assets are already created, need to be created or if it is something the Communications team will be responsible for Ensure all deliverables from an asset/content creation perspective are done on a timely manner Responsible for coordinating agency calls and agendas Media Relations, including earned creator outreach and management Media monitoring Additional client requests as needed Experience that contributes to success: 7-10 years of previous public relations work experience Excellent project and team management skills with a proven ability to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments and identify, secure, and employ resources needed to achieve results Prior experience serving as a day-to-day account lead Ability to manage complex relationships diplomatically and consultatively Ability to think innovatively to develop creative solutions and new programs Team player, ready to roll up their sleeves in a collaborative environment Desire to work in a diverse and inclusive organization as an active participant in culture initiatives, training opportunities and employee resource groups Burson is an equal opportunity employer and considers applicants for all positions without discrimination or regard to particular characteristics. More about the role: The Vice President, Mobility & Transportation will serve as a senior client leader across a portfolio of global brands in aviation, automotive, rail, and beyond. This role combines strategic counsel, executive communications, and hands-on PR execution to elevate corporate reputation, shape narratives, and drive business impact. The VP will partner closely with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership to manage executive visibility, guide multi-market programs, navigate sensitive industry and geopolitical issues, and identify growth opportunities across accounts. This is both a delivery and growth role: stabilizing and strengthening core accounts while contributing to new business momentum and capability development.
