| About the Role Brighterway is a VC-backed startup (Y Combinator S24) building AI-powered medical record review tools for the workers’ compensation ecosystem. We process 10M+ pages of medical records per month and are scaling rapidly across national claims organizations. We’re hiring an Operations Generalist who thrives in fast-moving environments. Someone who can take ambiguous operational challenges, design a solution, and implement it end-to-end in days — not weeks. This role is a fit for someone who enjoys founder-style autonomy, speaking directly with customers and vendors, and building processes from a blank slate. You’ll work closely with the CEO on initiatives spanning client delivery, process optimization, vendor management, and cross-functional execution. What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day quality control operations to ensure accurate, timely delivery of cases across multiple clients and teams. Manage vendor relationships and communications, including finance, payroll, and tax partners. Support go-to-market execution, including conference strategy, booth coordination, and sales collateral preparation. Collaborate with engineering teams to test and roll out new operational tools and workflows. Gather feedback from clients, QC teams, and partners to identify improvement opportunities and inform product roadmap. Monitor KPIs to track throughput, quality, and delivery performance, and propose solutions when metrics are at risk. What We’re Looking For Strong interest in operations, program management, consulting, or customer delivery. Ability to structure and execute end-to-end initiatives independently. Bias toward action; comfortable iterating fast and improving over time Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and context-switching.
