Compensation$60K - 90K a year

Prospect and generate leads, manage negotiations and closing requirements, build client relationships, and work remotely with flexible hours. | Proven commission-heavy sales experience, strong negotiation and time management skills, ability to work from home independently, high energy and positive attitude, and financial literacy. | Description: • Prospecting and generating leads. • Responding to home office generated leads in a timely manner. • Assist with negotiations between buyer and seller. • Manage closing requirements with lenders, attorneys, and accountants to meet deadlines. • Build and maintain strong client relationships during the process. • Assess client needs and deliver win/win solutions. • Traveling to various locations for meetings and practice showings across territory of Ohio. • Availability to work evenings and weekends as necessary for clients needing support during those times. • Maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm. • Build and maintain a network of dental industry professionals.
