Manage multiple commercial construction estimating projects simultaneously for mid-size projects, ensuring accurate cost estimation and project planning. | 3-5 years of commercial construction estimating experience with general contractors on projects valued between 5-50 million dollars, familiarity with Microsoft Project and Primavera, and stable job tenure. | • Able to work on multiple jobs at once • 3-5 years of Estimating experience in commercial construction (light industrial, big box retail, not really any homes — multifamily builds acceptable) • Worked for similar GCs, not so much subcontracting experience • 5-50 million dollar projects • Good tenure, not too jumpy • $90,000-120,000 salary range • Familiar with technology like Microsoft Project and Primavera Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Experience: • commercial construction PM: 3 years (Preferred) • 5-50M project value: 3 years (Preferred) Ability to Commute: • Saint Petersburg, FL 33704 (Required) Work Location: In person
