The Role We’re hiring a Business Operations Associate: a capable, resourceful generalist who thrives in ambiguity and can execute across content, data, user research, ML-adjacent workflows, and general ops. This is a high-ownership role for someone early in their career who wants to work hard, learn quickly, and touch nearly every part of the company. This role is fully in-person at our NoHo, NYC office. What You’ll Do Build and maintain lean processes, tools, and recurring reports for the team Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks as the company scales Own cross-functional projects end-to-end, ensuring clarity, speed, and follow-through Support user research cycles and synthesize findings Pull and analyze data to support product decisions and experiments Support our Machine Learning team with structured data tasks (labeling, QA) Support our content marketing efforts with sourcing and coordinating creators and content workflows Support hiring efforts by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and keeping the process organized Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and partners to ensure high-quality deliverables This role is intentionally broad. One week you’re coordinating a team event and cleaning up a reporting spreadsheet; the next you’re helping source candidates, triaging a new tool rollout, and doing a small data pull for the founders. The Role We’re hiring a Marketing Associate to scale BoldVoice’s creative engine. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s smart, scrappy, organized, and comfortable shipping a lot of short-form content every week. You’ll work directly with the CEO and own creative output across paid and organic channels: driving ideas, managing creators, and producing videos that move our metrics. This role is fully in-person at our NoHo, NYC office. What You’ll Do Own the full creative pipeline across TikTok, Meta, and other social channels. Generate concepts and scripts for both paid ads and organic content. Source, recruit, brief, and manage creators and UGC partners. Review creator submissions, give clear direction, and ensure fast turnaround. Manage creator operations, including contracts, payments, and communication. Work with our video editor to produce polished content; edit videos yourself when speed requires it. Track performance using TikTok/Meta dashboards + Mixpanel and identify what’s working. Iterate quickly based on data, trends, and creative learnings. Grow BoldVoice’s organic social channels with consistent, high-quality short-form content. Over time, support paid acquisition initiatives and contribute ideas for broader experiments. What You Bring Must-Haves 1-4+ years in growth, creator marketing, performance creative, or similar roles. Fast, scrappy executor who can ship 10+ creatives per week. Direct experience making short-form video content (ads, UGC, or organic). Strong creative instincts — you can spot a winning creative instantly. Organized and operationally sharp; comfortable managing many moving pieces. Comfortable giving and receiving direct creative feedback. Humble, adaptable, and eager to learn quickly. Nice-to-Haves Experience driving growth at consumer subscription products or mobile apps. Willingness to appear on camera when needed. Familiarity with AI tools for content creation. Exposure to paid user acquisition. Startup or early-stage experience. Multilingual or non-native English speaker (not required). What Success Looks Like in 30 Days 30+ strong creatives shipped. The Role BoldVoice is entering its next stage of hypergrowth, and we’re hiring a Growth Lead to own and scale our acquisition engine across paid, organic, and PLG. This is a high-impact, leadership-level role for someone who can think strategically, operate independently, and execute quickly. You’ll partner directly with the CEO and drive the growth roadmap end-to-end, from creative strategy to channel performance to experimentation across the funnel. What You’ll Do Own the Entire Growth Engine Lead strategy and execution across all major growth channels, with a focus on scaling performance efficiently. Architect and optimize acquisition funnels, testing roadmaps, and channel expansions. Stand up new paid and organic channels that can unlock step-change growth. Drive international growth with localized creative and channel strategies. Run a High-Performance Creative Pipeline Build and lead the creative system that powers our acquisition engine. Source, evaluate, and manage creators, influencers, and UGC partners. Develop concepts, briefs, and testing frameworks; guide creators and editors toward consistently high-performing output. Drive Product-Led Growth Insights Partner with product to identify friction, optimize conversion, and create growth loops throughout the user journey. Use insights from acquisition and creative performance to inform product and lifecycle experiments. Build and Scale the Growth Team Over time, hire and manage the team required to support a world-class growth function. What You Bring 6-10+ years in growth, performance creative, or acquisition roles at high-growth consumer apps or startups. Demonstrated success managing 6 to 7-figure monthly budgets and efficiently scaling paid acquisition. Experience with building large-scale creative pipelines and managing creators. Deep creative instincts; strong ability to identify what will perform and why. Strong operational ability: you can run a tight ship with many parallel workstreams, owning high-level growth strategy while remaining very hands-on in execution. Analytical competence: able to interpret performance data and use it to inform decisions (without needing to be a quant specialist). Startup-native mindset: scrappy, fast, resourceful, and motivated.
