Your Day Includes • Oversee and lead all phases of project development, including design/construction documentation, plan check, and construction administration • Manage architectural support team and coordination of consultants • Review design/construction documentation for completeness, code compliance, and quality assurance • Play a key external role including meeting with Clients, Superintendents, and Board Members while leading all planning, construction and agency meetings • Develop fee proposals, project schedules, work plans, and conceptual cost estimates Must Haves • License and degree in Architecture • 8+ years’ experience (with at least 3+ years’ experience in similar PM role) • Familiarity with Revit and proficiency with Microsoft Office products • Experience working on K-12 Education projects P.S. Your Day Includes • Designing and analyzing HVAC systems and building systems connecting to them • Developing and conceptualizing HVAC system options and performing existing system analysis • Designing and producing construction documents for plumbing systems, including waste/vent, water, and gas piping • Supporting the construction administration phase of the project and preparing engineering reports • Performing life cycle cost analysis and field surveys for the design of HVAC systems Must Haves • PE license • In-depth knowledge and experience in HVAC and plumbing details preparation • Experience with forensic and construction defect analysis • Willingness to travel P.S.
