To keep our operations running at peak performance, we are hiring an Inventory Coordinator with expertise in warehouse management, inventory control, procurement, logistics, and vendor management. What You Will Do • Manage warehouse inventory, cycle counts, and material handling • Oversee standardized truck stock programs and weekly bin exchanges • Handle procurement: source, order, and track delivery of materials, parts, and equipment • Stage and kit special order items to ensure job readiness • Maintain vendor partnerships to secure reliable supply and favorable pricing • Track small tool inventory, specialty equipment, and fleet maintenance schedules • Record inventory transactions and generate reports in ServiceTitan or related systems What We Are Looking For • Experience: 2+ years in inventory control, warehouse operations, procurement, supply chain, or logistics (plumbing, HVAC, or construction preferred) • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
