Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Chicago Area. The Team Lead for Lake Forest Luxury Homes will oversee and guide a team of real estate agents to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional client service. Responsibilities include managing daily operations within the team, collaborating with team members to strategize marketing campaigns, ensuring excellent customer experiences, maintaining relationships with clients, and staying informed about market trends and luxury home listings. The Team Lead will also represent the Blue Fence brand and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment. Qualifications • Leadership and Team Management skills to effectively guide and mentor a team • In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, with a focus on luxury homes • Strong Customer Relationship Management and organizational skills • Proficiency in marketing and advertising strategies for the real estate industry • Real estate license in the state of Illinois • Excellent negotiation, sales, and problem-solving skills • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to work onsite in the Greater Chicago Area and adapt to flexible hours • Relevant experience in luxury real estate and familiarity with the Lake Forest market is a significant advantage
