This role requires mastery of react.js. Your strong background in UX/UI principles and design translation is essential for creating secure, trustworthy, and intuitive interfaces for our users. Key Responsibilities • Develop, and maintain high-scale, performance-critical Single Page Applications (SPAs) using React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). • Translate complex UI/UX designs into highly maintainable, and responsive frontend code. • Drive best practices in state management (e.g., Redux Toolkit, Context/Hooks) and define the modular component architecture for new and existing products. • Establish and uphold high standards for code quality, conducting thorough code reviews, and implementing comprehensive unit and integration testing using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress. • Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring fast load times and a smooth user experience across all devices and browsers. • Work closely with Backend Engineers on API integration and collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to deliver features efficiently. Required Qualifications & Skills • 5+ years of frontend development experience (React required) • Demonstrable Portfolio is Required: Must present a public or private portfolio showcasing previous work that demonstrates both complex technical implementations and a strong understanding of UX/UI execution. • Expertise in TypeScript for building scalable and type-safe applications. • Mastery of modern styling techniques, including Styled Components, Emotion or Tailwind CSS. • Solid understanding of UX and UI design principles; proven ability to implement complex designs accurately and responsively. • Startup experience or exposure to high-growth environments preferred • Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced setting Desired Skills (Bonus) • Familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem, including connecting to smart contracts using libraries like ethers.js or web3.js. • Proven ability to work autonomously and take ownership of major feature development.
