The Role We’re looking for a Solutions Architect who thrives at the intersection of technology, people, and problem-solving. In this role, you’ll shape how our customers bring Blink to life — designing smart, scalable solutions that make a real impact from day one. You’ll work closely with customers, our customer-facing teams, and our engineers, acting as the technical glue that turns ambitious ideas into successful implementations. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical lead from pre-sales through to implementation and into Customer Success. Scope and define technical solutions based on complex customer requirements. Liaise with Product and Engineering to offer innovative solutions to customer business challenges and help drive Product roadmap initiatives. Deliver impactful technical presentations, documentation, tutorials and self-service resources to prospective and existing customers. Respond to technical components of RFPs. Plan, track, and oversee technical project timelines and specifications: conducting regular projects status meetings, managing risks and proactively addressing technical challenges. Understand and lead customers through complex testing cycles. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Support, Product and Engineering teams. Professional Experience 5+ years of project management experience in B2B software implementation, Technology consulting or SaaS business environments. Experience working with offshore or remote engineering teams. Proven track record in customer-facing technical roles. Experience in troubleshooting customer issues - managing issue mitigation and closure. Technical Expertise Deep understanding of: Enterprise application landscape. Application and identity architecture. Data relationships and dependencies. SaaS protocols and integrations. APIs (SCIM 2.0 / REST). User authentication flows (OAuth, SAML). Familiarity with one or preferably several of: Web development (JavaScript, HTML, frontend frameworks). Mobile development (iOS, Android). Backend development (Java, C#, Node.js, Python). IP-based real-time communications. Knowledge of core application security principles. Educational Background Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or comparable field preferred. What You'll Do Accelerate & scale Blink’s North American partnership strategy, aligning with overall GTM and business objectives. Identify, recruit, and manage strategic partnerships with key players in the HRIS, HCM, and broader enterprise tech landscape. Ownership and growth of the relationship with Workday, ensuring we capitalize on the current platinum partnership opportunity Drive joint value propositions, co-marketing, and co-selling initiatives with partners to accelerate customer acquisition and expansion. Collaborate with product and engineering teams on integration roadmaps, ensuring partner solutions are aligned with Blink’s platform strategy. Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, using data to optimize engagement, revenue contribution, and long-term value. Represent Blink at partner events, conferences, and joint GTM activities. Act as the internal champion for partners, advocating for mutual success across all touchpoints. 6+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development roles, ideally within the HRIS/HCM or enterprise SaaS space. Deep understanding of the HR tech ecosystem, especially platforms like Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, ADP, Oracle HCM, etc. Demonstrated success building and scaling technology and channel partnerships in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and an ability to execute cross-functional initiatives. Excellent communicator with a proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Comfortable operating independently and owning a regional strategy end-to-end.
