Supports accounts payable and receivable processes, assists with month-end closing, and maintains accurate financial records through data entry. | Requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with Mandarin preferred. | We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Associate to join our team! This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance operations. Key Responsibilities: Support Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes. Keen eye for details and accuracy. Assist with month-end closing and ensure the deadlines are meet. Assist with data entry, including but not limited to sales orders, invoices, vendor bills, and company credit card transactions. Organize financial documents and maintaining accurate records. Perform basic administrative and finance-related tasks as needed.
