In this role, you will lead the implementation, governance, and advancement of our web analytics foundation using Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection (formerly Adobe Launch), while supporting experimentation measurement through Adobe Target. This is a highly visible and impactful opportunity to shape how Bio-Rad measures and optimizes digital experiences across discovery, engagement, and conversion. How You’ll Make An Impact • Own Bio-Rad’s enterprise implementation of Adobe Analytics, ensuring tracking architecture (eVars, events, props, classifications, segments, KPI definitions) is accurate, scalable, and aligned with strategic objectives. • Lead configuration and governance of Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection, including rules, data elements, extensions, environments, and deployment workflows to ensure high-quality digital instrumentation. • Partner closely with eBusiness, IT, and Marketing teams to define measurement requirements for new site experiences and digital capabilities, embedding analytics early in the development lifecycle. • Design and enhance modern measurement frameworks, event taxonomies, and tagging strategies that support Bio-Rad’s evolving website and digital platform initiatives. • Create and maintain critical measurement artifacts such as tracking plans, Solution Design References (SDRs), event governance standards, and implementation documentation. • Support measurement and reporting for Adobe Target experimentation (A/B and multivariate tests), ensuring experiences are properly instrumented and tied to meaningful engagement and conversion outcomes. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide clear visibility into digital performance, marketing effectiveness, and customer engagement. • Analyze website behavior and experiment outcomes to deliver actionable insights that improve user experience and drive business impact. • Proactively audit implementations, troubleshoot data quality issues using Adobe Experience Platform Debugger and browser developer tools, and continuously improve measurement reliability. • Contribute to Bio-Rad’s analytics roadmap by enabling readiness for more journey-based measurement approaches, including potential adoption of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics. What You Bring • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field, plus 8+ years of experience in digital measurement, web analytics implementation, or related roles, with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of analytics instrumentation for a large-scale website. • Strong expertise in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection, with experience building, governing, and scaling enterprise-grade measurement frameworks. • Experience supporting experimentation measurement using Adobe Target or a comparable testing and optimization platform, with the ability to connect test outcomes to meaningful business and customer KPIs. • Solid understanding of modern digital measurement best practices, including event-based tracking, data layers, tagging governance, and scalable instrumentation design. • Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS as they relate to analytics implementation, debugging, and collaborating effectively with development teams. • Proven ability to develop and maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility into digital performance, engagement, and conversion behavior. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical measurement into actionable business insight. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment. • Future-ready mindset: Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK, XDM concepts, and/or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics is a plus. Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $107,900 to $148,400 at the time of posting. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance. Drive sales growth for Bio-Rad’s Quality Control business in the Northeast region through direct sales, collaboration with account managers, training, and customer presentations. | Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science or life science, 5+ years clinical laboratory sales experience, strong presentation and communication skills, and willingness to travel 50%. | We are seeking an experienced lab diagnostic sales professional to work with the Northeast Sales Region to promote Bio-Rad’s renowned Quality Control Business. The Quality Control Account Executive will leverage their knowledge of the clinical diagnostic laboratory to promote our key strategic initiatives and support the region in achieving its goals. How You’ll Make An Impact • Must execute a growth strategy as defined by sales leadership through direct sales activity and by assisting regional account managers to achieve their growth targets and business objectives for QC business. Must be an active participant in uncovering new opportunities for business within accounts, IDNs, and GPO contracts. They must be willing to travel in the field 50% of the time. • Must have strong business analytics skills to monitor sales trends, contract compliance, complete bid requests, drive product growth and proactively assess customer utilization. The person must be competent in Microsoft products, advanced excel competencies, and have strong presentation and communication skills. • Ability to travel with account managers, present at regional meetings, participate in sales meetings, work with channel partners/distributors, and train and mentor the sales team on QC products and best practices. • Present to customers and internal sales teams in person or via web conferencing on QC products, informatics sales demonstrations, training, and the overall value of Bio-Rad QC solutions. What You Bring • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in medical laboratory science or life science. Advanced degree preferred. • Work Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of clinical laboratory sales experience. Molecular sales experience is a plus. • Outstanding and engaging presentation and training skills to both small and large audiences. • Technical knowledge to assist the selling region with QC knowledge, and selling techniques for all control products to all customer types (GPOs, IDNs, Government, Reference labs, POLs, etc.). • Excellent communication and selling skills. • Strong collaborator with a history of team-selling success.
