The US team has the energy and ambition of a startup, with the product and backing of an established business behind it. We’re not figuring out how to make great games we’ve already done that. Now we need brilliant people to help us grow even further in the States. We’re on the hunt for a Wholesale Operations Manager to join our Operations team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of wholesale operations across the US market, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, logistics, and supply chain functions. The position plays a critical role in delivering operational excellence across order fulfilment, stock management, and contributing to demand planning, while maintaining strong relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and retail partners. The successful candidate will act as the central point of contact between internal teams and external partners, ensuring that all wholesale orders are delivered on time and in full (OTIF), in line with retailer requirements and compliance standards. They will be accountable for managing inventory accuracy across systems, optimising stock allocation, and proactively identifying risks or opportunities within demand forecasts and stock levels. Order Fulfilment Manage Day to Day relationship with US 3rd Party Logistics Providers Acting as the direct Liaison between the Operations and Sales Teams on all US Wholesale Orders Inputting orders onto the Inventory Management and WMS Systems and Automating any workflows where possible. Organising returns or replacement orders where required. Responsible for OTIF delivery of Big Potato Wholesale Orders, including creating routing guides for 3PLs, ensuring orders are booked in and delivered adhering to all requirements Responsible for the set up and maintenance of the Big Potato EDI system linking to retailers and 3PL Drive efficiencies and process improvements in how we work with our logistics providers via contract negotiations, systems integrations and reviewing that they hit agreed upon SLA’s and KPI’s Stock Management - flagging aged inventory to the Sales Team for clearance items, managing reworks, ensuring that SAP stock aligns with the warehouse system. Process and Approve 3PL Invoicing Monthly - Reviewing and Identifying areas for cost savings and tracking spend vs budget Carry out carrier selection when required, participating in rate negotiation, and freight cost tracking. Stock Allocation Managing Stock Takes and cycle counts with logistics to ensure that Big Potato’s system matches that of the logistics provider. Stock allocations for all US Retailers -large and indies Oversee US Inbound Arrivals into the warehouse- liaising with the Shipping Manager when stock is due into the country. Keeping track of when it’s due to Warehouse and keeping the sales team aware via email, pre-advice, Calendar invites. Chasing Inbound confirmations and receipting stock onto the system Working with the Demand Planner to ensure Compliance Reviewing Supplier Manuals to ensure that products and orders are compliant with retailer requirements prior to delivery and creating routing guides for 3PLs to ensure compliance is met Full investigation with 3PLs on any charge backs from vendors Supporting the US Sales Team in new vendor set up forms, ensuring correct SKU’s and data are passed to retailers ahead of launch. Sales and Marketing Support Oversee delivery of pre-production samples for range reviews / testing and ensure stock is in place for new product launches in US Retail Oversee localized kitting of merchandising units, POS and promotional materials Operationally onboard direct new customers. Develop a plan for a NA based ‘samples program’ for the indies and execution of the plan once agreed. Reporting Monitor and improve weekly/monthly KPI dashboards, and OTIF reports Utilisation of SQL to assist Ops and Sales with data requirements. What is Essential Proven record of managing Operations in a similar Retail focused environment Experience of overseeing orders for either Target or Walmart Experience managing 3PL providers Strong analytical and problem solving skills Commercial awareness with a focus on cost efficiency Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working with ERPs or other supply chain systems What is Desirable Experience of order processing for Faire and Market Time Platforms Someone who loves board games! 4 day working week - Friday's off Health Care Plan Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Paid time off (vacation, sick days and public holidays) Free Games $650 holiday fund

We’re looking for a commercially savvy and relationship-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to take ownership of some of our US retail partnerships. If you know the difference between SKU count and ASP - and can speak the language of both Walmart and CVS - this role might be your next big play. Account Ownership & Growth Manage and grow key US-based retail and accounts (specialty retailers). Develop strong multi-level relationships with buyers, planners, and account stakeholders. Lead seasonal pitch planning, product presentations, and line reviews to secure listings and support strategic growth. Seek out new business opportunities within the US Market Strategic Sales Management Create and execute tailored account plans to deliver against annual revenue and margin targets. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring range expansion, promotional execution and out of aisle opportunities. Analyse sales data to drive forecasting accuracy and highlight market opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Product, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure successful launches and campaign delivery. Partner with Marketing to co-develop account-specific activations and campaigns. Liaise with Operations to ensure product availability, on-time deliveries, and supply chain alignment. Must haves Minimum 4 year plus experience in key account management, ideally in toys, games, or consumer goods (CPG). Proven success managing top-tier US retailers, we’re looking for someone mostly brick-and-mortar driven but experience with online would be valuable. Strong commercial acumen with confidence in negotiating pricing, forecasting, and P&L ownership. Excellent communication and presentation skills – confident in front of buyers and internal stakeholders. Data-driven mindset with experience using Excel/Google Sheets. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, creative environment. Based in the US, with ability to travel to key accounts, industry events, or HQ trips if needed. Bonus points Experience working with major US distributors and agents Love for board games and a solid understanding of the US games market. Knowledge of US compliance, supply chain and product safety standards.
