We pride ourselves on safety, teamwork, quality, and integrity. We are looking for an Estimator/Project Manager to join our team! Position can be either full-time or part-time. As an estimator your duties will include: Develop and maintain successful working relationships with existing customers as well as establishing new clients. Perform quantity take offs for asphalt, concrete, sealcoat, and striping. Establish and apply pricing to bids. Mark job sites and meet with crew to ensure scope of work is completed per estimate. Work with vendors to negotiate pricing. Schedule sub-contractors to get jobs completed. Skills: Honesty and Integrity in decision making. Experience in the paving industry is a plus. Communication skills. Time management skills. Ability to self-manage. Ability to gather and interpret data. Organizational and analytical skills. Ability to read plans is a big plus. Experience with Quickbook’s a plus. Qualifications: Proven track record in operations, with 1-3 years in Estimating & or Project Management. Strong background in outside sales is also acceptable. Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. Strong verbal and written communications. Quick, sound decision-making abilities. Passionate about the work they do and dedicated to learning all aspects of the industry as well as sharing existing knowledge with others. An engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude. Able to develop and maintain client relationships. Work well in a team environment.
