Analyze data, develop dashboards, support SDLC, design ETL processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve business systems. | Requires proficiency in data visualization tools, programming languages, ETL tools, database design, Agile methodologies, and strong analytical and communication skills. | Duties • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker. • Participate in Agile project management processes, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. • Support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by providing input during all phases of development. • Design and implement ETL processes to ensure data integrity and availability. • Utilize programming languages such as Python and R for advanced data manipulation and analysis. • Create detailed documentation including process flows, use cases, and functional specifications using tools like Visio. • Engage in database design and management using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar platforms. • Employ analysis skills to evaluate current systems and recommend improvements or new solutions. Skills • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles. • Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes. • Knowledge of programming languages including Python, R, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell). • Familiarity with ETL tools like Talend for data integration tasks. • Solid database design skills with experience in Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle. • Excellent business analysis capabilities with a focus on linking data to business objectives. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets effectively. • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
