Requirements: • 10+ years of experience with export laws and regulatory interpretation (ITAR, EAR, OFAC). • MA/MS degree. • Strong understanding of CFIUS-related matters and export classification processes (preferred). • Excellent reading comprehension, writing, and communication skills for diverse audiences. • Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
