About the Role As Sr. Manager, Content & Community Marketing Manager, you will own and scale the full content engine powering awareness, organic acquisition, and product understanding across the unified Beamer + Userflow brand. You’ll shape unique and differentiated POVs for our content and community in line with our new messaging and positioning. You’ll then develop high-performing content across SEO, AEO, social, community, and web, while driving a consistent flow of compelling stories, insights, and resources that attract and convert high-intent users. This is a deeply creative, highly strategic, and extremely hands-on role with a lot of leeway to build and have impact company- and industry-wide. You’ll produce long-form content, micro-assets, videos, community responses, and conversion-optimized web copy—and you’ll continuously refine everything you ship using data. You’ll be the front line of our brand in communities like LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and Slack, actively engaging in conversations, surfacing trends, and fueling our organic momentum. Your work will directly influence top-of-funnel traffic, search visibility, community reputation, signup volume, and trial quality—creating a strong engine for product-led and content-led growth. What You’ll Do Content Strategy & Creation Set the long-term content and community strategy tied to company-level growth goals (traffic, PQLs, trials, and revenue influence). Own and execute our full content strategy across SEO, AEO, social, community, and web channels. Produce high-quality long-form content including blog posts, guides, and resource hubs. Create micro-assets such as videos, templates, checklists, and short-form content for social promotion. Develop customer stories, case studies, and thought leadership content that reinforces our brand narrative. Support product and PMM with content needs for launches, new features, and ongoing GTM priorities. Write and optimize email and newsletter content that drives engagement and trial activation. Website & Landing Page Copy Write and optimize website copy across landing pages, use case pages, comparison pages, and alternatives pages. Make ongoing CRO improvements to headlines, CTAs, FAQs, and messaging to improve conversion. Ensure web content aligns with SEO/AEO priorities and reflects our unified messaging. Provide in-app microcopy or messaging enhancements as needed. SEO + AEO Strategy & Program Leadership Manage and optimize the agency partnership, including roadmap planning, sprint execution, and quality/performance oversight. Lead the SEO + AEO strategy, including defining priorities, briefs, and goals that align with growth and product initiatives. Translate insights into action by validating agency recommendations, guiding AEO-rich content (FAQ clusters, snippets, schema), and ensuring all work supports organic traffic, visibility, and conversion goals. Own reporting and search insights, delivering clear monthly narratives on performance, opportunities, and cross-channel alignment (organic + paid). Community & Social Engagement Participate actively in communities like LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and Slack to elevate our brand footprint. Publish and repurpose content for social to drive awareness, traffic, and engagement. Surface trending topics, user pain points, and emerging themes that should inform content strategy. Build brand credibility and capture demand through consistent, helpful community participation. Paid Acquisition Support Create ad copy and angles for paid social and support landing page iterations for campaigns. Reporting & Collaboration Provide KPI snapshots covering traffic, rankings, community engagement, content performance, and signup influence. Partner closely with PMM, Product, Design, and CS to support launches, messaging consistency, and cross-functional priorities. Built and executed a unified content & community strategy A documented, measurable content roadmap aligned with growth, PMM, and product priorities Clear processes for content prioritization, production, and cross-functional collaboration 2. Significantly improved organic growth performance 20%+ increase in non-brand organic traffic Higher-quality search visibility through improved AEO, snippets, FAQs, and schema 3. Elevated our presence in key external communities Established a visible, credible presence in Reddit, LinkedIn, Quora, and Slack groups Regularly surface insights, trends, and opportunities from the community Show measurable referral traffic and engagement from community channels 4. Delivered a high-velocity, high-quality content engine Consistently shipping high-quality assets monthly Delivered all product launch content on time and aligned with PMM narrative Completed CRO-driven improvements to 10–15 core landing pages Built AEO-rich content (FAQs, clusters, snippets) across priority topics 5. Demonstrated senior-level ownership and leadership Reliable cross-functional leadership with Product, PMM, Design, and CS Clear reporting and insights that guide SEO, AEO, and content strategy Ability to autonomously prioritize, make decisions, and drive measurable outcomes 6. Spearheaded opportunities to harness AI to optimize discovery, development, repurposing, and publishing of content What You Bring 5–8+ years in B2B SaaS content marketing, community management, or demand-focused content roles (PLG strongly preferred). Demonstrated ability to operate as the senior content leader within a SaaS GTM team, including roadmap ownership, cross-functional influence, and strategic planning. Deep expertise in SEO and AEO, understanding how to build content for organic, AI-first, and intent-driven discovery. Creativity and fearlessness to develop unique POVs. Curiosity and aptitude towards AI. Exceptional writing skills: long-form, short-form, scripts, web copy, social, and conversion-focused messaging. Experience building community presence and engaging authentically in external communities. Strong analytical skills and comfort using KPIs to guide content roadmap decisions. Comfort presenting strategy, insights, and recommendations directly to executive leadership. Experience collaborating with Product, PMM, Design, and Paid/Growth teams. Ability to operate with speed, creativity, and ownership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Bonus: Experience with video content creation or basic design/editing skills for micro-content.
