What you’ll work on Customer-focused growth strategy: Deep-dive into our usage data, talk directly to customers, and uncover the growth levers that matter most for developer tools Inbound lead generation: Design and execute creative experiments across channels to drive qualified leads for our sales team Growth experimentation: Run tests across acquisition, activation, and retention - from messaging experiments to new channel exploration Performance marketing: Own our paid channels and optimize for pipeline generation Content and messaging: Craft compelling narratives that resonate with technical decision-makers and turn prospects into customers What we’re looking for You’ve previously in a technical software role and you’re looking to transition to GTM work Comfortable automating workflows using tools like n8n, Gumloop, Clay, and others Familiar with analytics tools like Posthog, Amplitude, and Segment Strong writing skills; you’re able to craft a well-written cold email in under 5 minutes Ability to think outside the box; you can brainstorm new channels, experiments, and outreach campaigns Highly organized and detail-oriented; you don’t miss the little details and won’t skip a follow-up Benefits Competitive salary with meaningful equity Health, dental, vision, 401(k) Join a fast-growing pre-series A company at the ground floor Fitness stipend, learning budget, quarterly team offsites

What you’ll work on Building new features the span our stack, from the Go/Python backend to frontend, and our SDKs Making smooth user experiences in our React/Next.js/Typescript dashboard Expanding our usage-based billing system that handles millions of requests per day Creating developer-friendly SDK classes that wrap our lower-level gRPC client Developing internal tools for managing thousands of customers Your experience Full-stack software engineering experience, ideally with Python and Next.js + React + Typescript Previous experience shipping a product from 0 → 1 Strong communication skills Enthusiasm for developer tools, cloud native technologies, and open source software Golang experience is nice-to-have, but not required Benefits You’ll have a high degree of ownership in your work, and you will ship products that impact millions of developers worldwide.
