This is a Monday-Friday role with occassional Saturdays. You will have a team of 2 employees and 2 contractors and will work on projects as well. As a Working Maintenance Supervisor you will lead a team of professionally diverse maintenance techs to maintain and continuously improve BASF Southfield site. This is a hands-on role with time equally shared between performing work and follow up activities associated to the teams work. Your extensive experience will allow you to not only lead, but also coordinate, oversee and/or manage repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, construction, and other building improvement activities.
