Role Description We are seeking a Vice President of Public Relations for a full-time remote role. The VP of Public Relations will lead and oversee PR strategies, build relationships with clients, and manage communication efforts to enhance client visibility and reputation. The role requires guiding teams to execute effective PR campaigns and providing thought leadership within the organization and to clients. Qualifications • Expertise in crafting media pitches, media materials, and engaging story angles • Strong skills in media relations and building connections with journalists and outlets • Proficiency in public relations, communication strategies, and managing client relationships • Experience in strategic communications, ensuring alignment with brand goals and target audience needs • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Proven leadership and team management experience • Ability to work independently and excel in a remote team environment • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred • Experience working with industries such as construction, tech, or franchises is a plus Learn more at axiacareers.com.
