JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and strategic-minded Strategic Product Operations Manager to drive the operational excellence behind our product planning, feedback integration, go-to-market alignment, and internal product enablement. This role sits at the core of our product delivery engine: connecting strategy to execution by ensuring that roadmap planning, feedback loops, launch coordination, and operational standards are tightly managed and continuously optimized. WHAT YOU WILL DO Roadmap Planning and Governance Lead the quarterly product planning process in coordination with Product Management and Engineering. Maintain roadmap templates, standards, and governance frameworks to ensure consistent visibility and communication across the company. Facilitate internal and external roadmap review cadences with key stakeholders, including sales, customer success, and executive leadership. Feedback Integration and Prioritization Centralize and operationalize customer, field, and internal feedback collection processes. Triage, tag, and analyze feedback to identify key themes and ensure strategic inputs are considered during quarterly planning. Partner with PMs and GTM teams to ensure feedback informs roadmap and prioritization decisions. Go-To-Market (GTM) Launch Operations Partner with Marketing and Product Management to support launch readiness processes. Track and operationalize launch milestones and deliverables for each major product release. Ensure GTM and product teams are aligned on launch plans, messaging, and timing. Product Enablement and Process Improvement Develop and maintain product management playbooks, process documentation, and operational templates. Train and onboard product teams on best practices for intake, planning, tracking, and cross-functional coordination. Continuously identify and implement improvements in how we plan, prioritize, and launch products. Operational Visibility and Reporting Support product operational reporting by tracking planning health, roadmap confidence, feedback cycle times, and GTM launch statuses. Surface risks, blockers, and opportunities to Product and Executive leadership. WHAT YOU CAN DELIVER Bachelor's Degree in a related field. 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Product Management, or Strategic Operations roles. Strong understanding of product development processes (Agile/Scrum, quarterly planning cycles, roadmap management). Preferred Skills, Experience, Capabilities: Experience supporting cross-functional launch readiness and product lifecycle management. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly skilled at influencing and collaborating across teams.
