Forklift experience is required and a MUST. • Proficiency in operation various types of forklifts, experience with operating a skid steer is a real plus. • Ability to follow safety regulations and standards and operating instructions to prevent accidents and injuries. • Moving, lifting and transferring of up to 50 lbs. Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy loads safely and efficiently. • Light mechanical aptitude preferred • Baler & baler maintenance experience preferred • Good attitude and aptitude • Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination to maneuver equipment in tight spaces and navigate busy warehouse environment.
