To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to be: · Provide direction and leadership to shift colleagues consistent with plant business plan goals. · Support shift supervisors with shift coordination and communication. · Ensure accountability and discipline on the shift. · Work with the shift supervisors to attain maximum levels of production utilization and efficiency · Drive plant manning levels and utilization to assure compliance and improvement to the budget. · Provide leadership and promote positive moral and ensure a total team concept. · Direct and help coordinate production department process improvements and corrective actions. This full-time, salary role is a part of our Operations team and reports to the Operations Manager. SUCCESS FACTORS: · Bachelors Degree in Applied Science in Manufacturing, Engineering or Industrial Technology preferred. Masters degree preferred. · Minimum of eight (8) years experience as a manufacturing supervisor or a combination of degree and experience, and two (2) years of management experience. · Knowledge of manufacturing assembly processes as required for the position.

Overseeing maintenance operations, managing safety and quality standards, and leading a team to ensure equipment efficiency. | Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, extensive supervisory experience in automotive manufacturing, and automotive industry experience. | We’re proud of our Tier 1 supplier legacy for manufacturing propulsion-agnostic, structural automotive components, and assemblies around the globe. To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to: • Provide key input into the development of departmental strategic goals along with identifying key measurable to support the department goals. • Responsible for maintenance department safety, quality, production, and delivery objectives in the area of responsibility • Maintain and repair equipment to support production jobs • Manage the preventative maintenance schedules • Utilize QMS to create and close PM's • Maintain maximum levels of machine utilization and efficiency • Provide leadership necessary to achieve and maintain a continuous improvement mind set for the team • Provide leadership and promote positive moral and ensure a total team concept. • Responsible for performance feedback and leadership of all direct reports including mentoring, coaching, counseling, and corrective action when situations dictate. • Coordinate and assess training and team building This full-time, salary role is a part of our Maintenance team and reports to the Maintenance Manager. Required experience: • Bachelors Degree in Applied Science in Manufacturing, Engineering or Industrial Technology preferred • Minimum of six (6) years as a maintenance supervisor preferred, and one (1) year of management experience. • Automotive experience required
