About the Role We’re looking for a highly analytical and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team at a fast-growing, Series B company. In this role, you’ll partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to provide critical insights that will guide our decision-making and long-term strategy. This is a high-impact role with significant visibility across the organization. As a key member of our finance team, you’ll help build scalable processes, support fundraising and board reporting, and contribute to company-wide planning initiatives. Responsibilities Build and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, including new market expansion, product launches, and pricing decisions Own monthly budget versus actual review processes across departments; track and analyze variances Partner with department leaders to develop KPIs, dashboards, and financial metrics that drive business performance, including extensive support in annual planning process Provide financial support and analysis for key company initiatives, including investor relations, M&A evaluation, and scenario planning Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for internal leadership, board members, and investors Drive improvements in financial systems, tools, and reporting processes to enable better business intelligence Collaborate with accounting during month-end close to ensure financial accuracy and timely reporting Stay up to date with industry trends, market data, and competitor performance to inform financial strategies Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA a plus 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance; startup or high-growth company experience preferred Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency with financial tools including ERPs and BI tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience working directly with executives Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and juggle multiple priorities High attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity Reporting The Senior Financial Analyst reports to SVP of Finance. We aim to transform healthcare with timely, relevant real-world evidence. About the Role As a Lead Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind our AI product strategy. This role specifically focuses on our proactive content generation and retrieval strategy. You will drive the development of agents that automate content creation, such as identifying clinical gaps in medical journals and using our internal tools to generate evidence-based insights. Our Product Management team is solutions-oriented and entrepreneurial. While building in-house products is a core competency, your scope is broader: expect to influence processes, develop high-fidelity prototypes, and make build-vs-buy decisions, including licensing third-party software. Responsibilities Strategic Roadmap: Own a clear roadmap for content generation and integration into AI Search and Agent products. LLM & RAG Operations: Manage health AI RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) products and demonstrate a deep understanding of how LLMs are embedded in SaaS applications. You will own the evaluation and selection of models and the monitoring of their performance. Outcomes-Driven Prioritization: Align priorities against company goals and customer needs, with a specific focus on integrating expert reviewers into product evaluations to ensure clinical accuracy. Cross-Functional Execution: Work through dependencies on other technical, data science, and medical teams to deliver complex AI solutions. Continuous Discovery: Maintain a rigorous knowledge of how evidence is used in medicine and life sciences and apply this to product development. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth organization. Deep understanding of how large language models are embedded in SaaS applications, including model evaluation and performance monitoring. Knowledge of how evidence is used in medicine and life sciences. Experience with RAG products and multi-turn chat context engineering. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, you rapidly test hypotheses, drive prioritization, and execute action plans from strategic goals to operational detail. Proven success leading small engineering and data science teams and shipping successful products from inception to launch.
