We’re a specialized firm that provides capital reserve budgeting and cash flow planning for a diverse range of real estate developments - including condominium and homeowner associations, places of worship, private schools, clubs, resorts, marinas, and municipal facilities. Using a mix of on-site evaluations, client collaboration, and proprietary financial software, we deliver insights that help clients make smart, confident, long-term decisions about their built environments. Your Role as Project Manager: You’ll be the point person overseeing projects from initial scoping to final reporting—leading site evaluations, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring financial models and capital plans are both accurate and actionable. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and coordinate site visits, inspections, and interviews with clients and professional teams • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality control across multiple concurrent engagements • Translate physical property data and stakeholder input into detailed capital reserve and funding models • Generate and present clear, client-friendly reports using our proprietary software • Serve as a trusted advisor to board members, managers, and owners Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in a real estate related field: architecture, engineering, construction, facilities, appraisal, estimating, consulting services, etc. • Excellent organizational and communication skills with a strong client-service mindset • Ability to think strategically and work independently while managing multiple stakeholders • Experience with reserve studies, site inspections, capital budgeting, or facilities assessments is highly valued What We Offer: • Competitive base salary (Depending On Experience) , benefits, performance bonus.
