The role is for 6 months remote w/ minimal travel to Boston (expenses paid). Job Description We are seeking an experienced SAP Security & Basis Lead to drive the design, implementation, and support of SAP S/4HANA security, GRC Access Control, and Basis administration during a major transformation initiative. This individual will lead the security architecture while also overseeing critical SAP Basis operations to ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance. Security & GRC: • Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA security and SAP GRC Access Control (AC) solutions • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to build effective, compliant security roles aligned with organizational policies • Integrate SAP GRC AC with identity management systems to ensure secure and seamless access control • Provide subject matter expertise on SAP Fiori security, managing associated risks and authorizations • Mentor onshore/offshore teams on security architecture, controls, and implementation best practices SAP Basis: • Oversee the SAP Basis landscape, including system installation, upgrades, monitoring, and performance tuning • Manage daily system operations for SAP S/4HANA, including troubleshooting, patching, and transport management • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness of SAP systems • Collaborate with infrastructure and database teams on sizing, capacity planning, and technical architecture decisions • Support integration activities across SAP and non-SAP systems Qualifications: • Proven success leading SAP security & Basis initiatives in large-scale SAP S/4HANA environments • 5-8+ years in SAP Security and SAP Basis administration Job Type: Contract Pay: $100.00 - $120.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
