As the Senior Manager, Global Strategic Sourcing, you will lead global initiatives that are pivotal to our product innovation and supplier performance. This role is outstanding because it significantly impacts nearly 25% of our total supplier spend. You'll be at the forefront of strategic sourcing efforts, making critical decisions that drive cost leadership and supplier performance. What You'll Do • Develop and run procurement/sourcing category strategies to improve cost, quality, and efficiency. • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFPs, NPI supplier selection, and VAVE projects. • Coordinate nearly 25% of all supplier spend and 75+ critical product line strategies. • Handle sophisticated Bills of Materials for suppliers. • Resolve sophisticated sourcing problems with effective solutions and methodologies. • Implement sourcing strategies, carry out supplier due diligence, and lead supplier delivery. • Ensure continuous improvement in quality, cost, service, and technology. • Coordinate product risk management, including cost control and schedule adherence. What We're Looking For • Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field, with equivalent experience considered. • 10+ years proven experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain, or manufacturing operations. • Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is a plus. • Proven track record to lead sophisticated suppliers with outstanding problems. • Strong influencing skills and ability to articulate processes. • Experience in product or process definition from concept to execution. • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing commodity management for hardware and electronics. • Sophisticated analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity. • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
