What You’ll Do: Prioritize safe work planning and partner with site safety leaders to identify and correct hazards Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and lead consistent owner’s coordination and reporting meetings Establish and maintain the project plan and schedule, setting objectives and performance standards, and monitoring compliance Prioritize effective and continuous communication across client representatives, A-E representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams Manage financial aspects of the project, including projections, invoice processing, cash flow, profitability, self-perform and subcontractor costs, and ensure alignment with the budget while avoiding scope gaps Ensure compliance with applicable Labor Agreements Coordinate and oversee weekly subcontractors meetings Estimate, price, submit, and negotiate accurate subcontracts and change orders Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep the project aligned with the plan Plan and manage effective project closeout, ensuring an expeditious and quality handover process What You’ll Bring: Ability to communicate professionally verbally and written with the ability to lead teams and resolves conflict Self-motivated leader with a passion for mentoring and developing teams Highly organized with strong planning and analytic skills, attention to detail, and expert attention to detail An ability to manage all aspects of a project, including technical, safety, schedule, cost, and financial responsibility Proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, Autodesk Build, and Viewpoint Vista software Experience in the automotive sector is preferred Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent degree is required 7+ years of project management experience in commercial interiors, including ground-up, tenant improvements, renovations, core & shell, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and millwork Why Choose Aristeo As a Project Manager, you’ll use your expertise and problem-solving mindset to plan, manage, and build some of our customers’ most critical projects.
