Seattle, WA (on-site) | Full-Time | $30-38/hour About Us Arboreal Management is the property management arm of Great Expectations, a fast-paced, mission-driven real estate investment firm focused on providing affordable, innovative, and profitable housing throughout the Pacific Northwest. We manage over 6,000 apartment homes and are growing 50% per year. We believe in collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and building communities—not just buildings. Our team is small, driven, and deeply committed to changing how housing works. Arboreal was built to operate complex housing well at scale. We combine high-caliber local teams with strong systems, technology, and global operational support. We both own and operate housing ourselves and manage for third-party owners, which means we care deeply about outcomes, accountability, and execution—not just process. What You'll Do • Own the CEO’s calendar as a strategic asset, proactively managing priorities and tradeoffs • Own the corporate and leadership calendars, ensuring alignment across teams, key deadlines, and company priorities • Own the day-to-day operations of our Eastlake office, including coordinating facilities support, welcoming guests, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism • Coordinate and plan events as needed • Anticipate scheduling conflicts, prep needs, and follow-ups before they surface • Act as an information filter—ensuring the CEO sees the right things at the right time • Track action items from meetings and ensure follow-through • Serve as connective tissue between leadership, operations, and external partners • Exercise discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive information, urgent issues, and competing priorities What You'll Bring • Proven experience in office administration and/or executive support, ideally in a fast-growing or founder-led environment • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong written and verbal communication abilities • Professional demeanor and customer service mindset • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Compensation and Benefits • $30-38/hour (65,000-80,000/year) depending on experience • Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off • 401k Matching • Career mentorship and development • A close-knit, mission-aligned team culture
