The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs and identifying opportunities for process improvements, leading requirements gathering sessions, and developing recommendations to implement solutions. • Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals. • Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improvement or further leveraging these systems. • Lead requirements gathering sessions to identify requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations related to proposed solutions. • Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions.
