Provide network security administration including firewall management, compliance maintenance, and hardware lifecycle management for state agencies. | Must have proficiency with Cisco ASA and Palo Alto firewalls, general networking knowledge, and ability to handle on-call duties. | Job Title: Cyber Security/Network Administrator Location: Denver, CO Duration: 12 Months • *100% REMOTE** • *First preference will be for candidates in Colorado** Job Description: 1. Objective The objective of this engagement is to provide specialized network and cyber Security administration support to ensure state agencies maintain secure, compliant, and modern network infrastructures. This role focuses on the mitigation of operational challenges, hardware lifecycles, and the execution of critical security requests. 2. Scope of Services The Contractor shall perform network security tasks for various state agencies, specifically focusing on: • Administrative Daily Responsibilities: Review and execution of Firewall Service Requests (FSRs), break-fix tickets, and formal change requests. • Infrastructure Modernization: Facilitating the decommissioning and "refresh" of End-of-Life (EOL) hardware on a recurring basis. • Compliance Maintenance: Implementing security controls and configurations to ensure agencies remain in alignment with IRS, FBI, and CJI compliance standards. • Hardware Administration: Technical configuration and management of Cisco ASA and Palo Alto firewalls. 3. Operational Requirements & Schedule The Contractor is expected to mirror the duties and availability of a Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) staff member: • Standard Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. • On-Call Rotation: Participation in a weekly on-call rotation to address after-hours incidents. • After-Hours Maintenance: Availability for scheduled maintenance windows or emergency response situations outside of standard business hours. • Background checks: Must be able to pass Criminal, financial backgrounds and drug test 4. Technical Qualifications The Contractor should show base Knowledge and maintain proficiency in: • Palo Alto Firewalls: Next-generation firewall features such as, Zones, security policies, S2S VPN, Natting, and basic threat prevention • Cisco ASA Firewalls: Configuration, troubleshooting, and rule management. • General Networking: foundational knowledge of routing protocols, subnetting, OSI model ETC Remote Skills: Background Investigation, Change Control, Change Requests/Orders, Cisco ASA (Adaptive Security Appliance), Configuration Management, Emergency Response, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Firewall Administration, Firewalls, Hardware Administration, Internet Security, Maintain Compliance, Maintenance Services, Network Administration/Management, Network Security, On Call, Open Systems Interconnection (OSI), Regulatory Compliance, Routing Protocols, Subnetting, Technical Leadership, Testing, VPN (Virtual Private Network) About the Company: Apollo Technology Solutions LLC

Provide short-term contract support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation including pre-go-live preparation, issue tracking, user support, and post-go-live stabilization. | Must have familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP product, ERP functional modules (GL, AP, AR, Procurement), end user support experience, and knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems. | Job Title: ERP Applications Analyst Duration: 3 Months Interview Type: Web Cam Interview Only Work Arrangement: 100% Remote Note: · This role is 100% remote however they are still required to pick up equipment IN PERSON. · Short Term 3 months - no extension expected. · This is NOT a systems development role. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced ERP Applications Analyst to provide short-term contract support for our Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation. This role will focus on preparing for system go-live, stabilizing operations post-go-live, and supporting end users. Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP knowledge is required. Timeline that must be followed: · October – Pre-Go-Live Preparation · System Readiness & Validation Assist with final end-to-end testing (GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Integrations). Validate role assignments, workflow configurations, and segregation of duties. Support mock cutover activities and validate data migration. · Issue Tracking & Resolution · Log, triage, and escalate issues to Implementor or Oracle SRs as needed. · Document recurring issues and help create quick reference guides for business users. · Training & Knowledge Transfer Assist with creating/reviewing job aids for system navigation and common transactions. · Act as IT liaison for functional SMEs (helping bridge technical vs. business understanding). · Beneficial to understand Oracle Fusion ERP functional processes. · Cutover Planning Support Validate technical steps in cutover checklist. · Confirm user provisioning and workflow approvals. · Support data reconciliation and trial runs for file transfers. Training provided for this process. November–January – Post-Go-Live Hypercare & Stabilization · User Support & Troubleshooting Serve as Level 2 support for tickets logged in ServiceNow (access issues, transaction errors, workflow bottlenecks). · Troubleshoot integration errors. Escalate critical defects to Oracle SRs or Implementor. · System Monitoring & Maintenance Monitor scheduled jobs and integrations. · Validate file transfers between various systems such as Oracle Cloud ERP. Training provided. Beneficial to have knowledge of Oracle ERP and file transfer processes. · Business Support & Adoption Provide end-user support for Oracle ERP issues. · Develop FAQs and troubleshoot recurring “how-to” questions from users. Identify training gaps and suggest reinforcement sessions.
