This role leads warehouse staff, optimizes operational processes, and supports company goals related to productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, shipping, and distribution • Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and team development • Ensure accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and inventory audits • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost control • Monitor warehouse safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations • Collaborate with purchasing, sales, logistics, and customer service teams to support business operations • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for management • Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs when necessary • Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve workflow and service quality • Support continuous improvement initiatives and warehouse system upgrades Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred • Minimum of 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics management experience • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities • Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices • Forklift certification or experience is a plus Preferred Qualifications • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments • Bilingual skills are a plus • Experience with ERP systems and data analysis Benefits • Health insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan options • Performance-based bonuses Work Location • On-site / In person 职位类型:全职 薪资: $80,000.00至$100,000.00(每年 ) 福利: • Health insurance • Paid time off Work Location: 现场办公
