This position is responsible for the setup, maintenance, and execution of merchandising activities. This role partners with and supports the Client Services and Field Operations teams by synthesizing customer retail merchandising needs, reviewing project details, and designing efficient surveys for the Company’s retail merchandisers to execute. They ensure that field execution meets client expectations, adheres to quality standards, and drives operational improvements through structured feedback and process refinements. This position reports directly to the Merchandising Quality Manager. What would you do in this role? RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES, including but not limited to: Create and deploy merchandising activities in DASH Management (Anderson’s proprietary project management system), coordinating with Client Services, and ensuring precise alignment with project requirements and Anderson’s quality guidelines. Set up and monitor dashboard reporting for projects and programs for both internal and external stakeholders. Monitor and analyze service quality indicators and adjust service activities to ensure high-quality execution results. Prioritize activity creation, simplification, and follow-up to meet and exceed operational efficiency, company profitability, and Execution Quality Index (EQI) goals. Design PowerPoint presentations to communicate project specifications and execution expectations to Field Operations managers, ensuring a clear understanding of merchandising initiatives and client requirements. Sequence activities with ShopComm-signing/Marketing projects to meet deadlines, delivery dates, and communication requirements while defining quality expectations. Manage store lists, time allocation, labor forecasting, exceptions, follow-up activities, and all other aspects of the project life cycle. Drive cross-functional alignment between Client Services and Field Operations teams through structured project collaboration meetings. Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle management while conducting real-time issue resolution and problem-solving to ensure the successful execution of merchandising activities. Key Skills and Competencies: Ability to manage complex projects and drive them to successful completion, including meeting timelines, staying within budget, and achieving performance metrics. Demonstrates strong technical aptitude and analytical mindset, with the ability to navigate complex systems, interpret data patterns, and derive actionable insights to optimize merchandising execution. Quickly identifies and resolves issues while maintaining strict confidentiality with client information. Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail to ensure all data inputs meet high-quality standards by implementing thorough validation and quality control measures. Excels in both oral and written communication, effectively conveys information, and adapts to changing environments and challenges. Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, merchandising, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience will also be considered. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following: Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management Train, supervise, and develop skills of Sales Merchandisers, fellow Territory Sales Leads, and seasonal associates Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of our client’s brands and product lines Maintain accuracy and high quality of work in all areas of the store to meet or exceed client expectations Have detailed knowledge of all company policies Communicate successes or potential barriers to the Market Sales Manager Knowledgeable, detailed understanding and consistent use of all available functions of handheld device Maintain company, client and retailer confidentiality REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS, including but not limited to the following: Lifting objects and product up to a maximum of 50 lbs. with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/product up to 35 lbs, in addition, the ability to lift heavy objects up to 100lbs with assistance from another associate Work performed could be while sitting, standing, or walking Work performed will entail fine manipulation of hands or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing as well as upper and lower body mobility Experience/comfort level with electronics/technical products Independent and self-motivated Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights and weekends High School diploma or equivalency certification required Valid driver's license is required as travel to additional locations may be necessary Automobile liability insurance is required to be maintained Computer, printing capability, internet access, and email required Customer service or sales experience required Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Other Duties - Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
